Not sure if it's just my body but I'm getting quite a bit of sticky farts with this stuff. I prefer glucomannin. But I am still going to give this a longer try. (It's been about two weeks).

Great fiber. Easy on the tummy. Buy it in the can. The bagged version might arrive with a hole. Don't take too much.
PERFECT for making sirop de gomme (gum cocktail syrup)

This is also known as "gum arabic" which is an important additive to syrups to stabilize the sugar (keeps crystals from forming). In cocktails, it is the ingredient that makes the difference between gomme (gum) syrup and simple syrup. By mixing a tablespoon of this with a cup each of sugar and water, your bar syrup takes on an elegant, silky mouth-feel! This product is the cleanest, purest, easiest way to add gum arabic to cocktail syrups. Highly recommended!

Love this product, have purchased many times. But last time I ordered two and halfway through the second one there was a feather in it! Ugh! Return date passed, so I have to throw it away. Lesson learned to order one at a time. Also, the cardboard container is flimsy on top and sometimes bits of cardboard get into the can from opening and closing the white inner lid. Design flaw.
Good, but so is the Now brand

This is very good and will mix in ROOM TEMPERATURE liquid and then add it to your beverage. I put this in my protein drinks and it mixes fine with my hand blender. The Now product is much cheaper and is the same thing.
