I used this for several weeks before having to remove it. The quality isn't great but it felt decent enough to use. I think the springs are 85% just for show and the build is generally too plasticy for anyone that really rides much.
I had to take it off because, unfortunately, the shape of it is poorly design for riding any distance. I think it would be fine if you are just kicking around town but after even just 8-10 mile rides I would spend the next day or so with serious numbing problems down one of my legs. My bike shop and physical therapist both agreed the flare to the width of the seat was causing the problem in my SI nerve.
I ended up purchasing a Bontrager Commuter Gel from my local bike shop and have put some serious mileage on it. I couldn't be happier. I was so hesitant because it wasn't as cushioned and didn't have any springs but it came with a return guarantee from the shop and has been fabulous. It is a bit wider than most shop seats but not as wide as this Cloud9 to cause problems in the nerves.
I am just bummed I now have a lunk of a seat that isn't good for much now. I didn't keep the packaging, which is my own fault.
I think a seat is one item that is better to shop for in person with knowledgable staff. It was well worth the cost to get a better quality one that fit great and will clearly last.

Perfection for my Mountain Bike!!

Amazing......I just bought a Fuji 'Addy' mountainbike and wanted to get back to biking with my daughter and really have some fun cruising around the neighborhood! The Fuji bike is awesome, but the seat was so painful for me to use - even after one day, I felt that I wouldn't ride it as much as I wanted to and almost felt bruised by the hard seat...yuk. My brother got a Cloud-9 seat from the local bike store, put it on his Schwinn MB, I rode it & then bought one - immediate relief! I read the reviews, felt I should go with the ladies version & am so HAPPY that I did! I LOVE this seat - it makes the biking experience completely different, fun, cushy on my tushy and overall soft. THANK YOU! I'm back to loving my bike now that I'm comfortable and can enjoy it for years to come!
Great for easy trail riding

As a lady, I absolutely love this saddle. I had purchased a Cloud-9 men's saddle to use on a mtn bike I shared with my hubs, and it was leagues ahead of the original, cheap one in comfort and fit. But when I got a second mtn bike and bought the ladies' saddle, I was amazed at the difference. The women's saddle fit me much better than the men's--it's shorter than the men's, which makes pedaling easier and more comfortable. I use this saddle and bike for easy trail riding, and the saddle is still comfortable after an hour. It was easy to install and adjust.
It's comfortable for the behind!

Yes! No more butt aches on long bike rides! Once you put this on your bike and try it out, you will throw that seat that came with your bike into a black hole somewhere (I'm not sure where mine went). The seat did not come with install instructions though (just in a plastic see through bag in an Amazon box), so it took a little while to figure out. Turned out I didn't need all the pieces that came with it. It's really comfortable and I think it absorbs shock well, especially for uneven or unpaved trails.
Could have been softer for me

The seat seems well made. The fabric is leather-like. It isn't soft like a desk chair. It has a lot of firmness to it. I am 130 lbs and it didn't give me the comfort I was looking for. Another seat ended up being a better fit for me, but I can see how a heavier person would be happy with this seat over a stock bike seat. It was easily mounted on my mountain bike.
