I use these with liquid Barkeepers Friend cleaner on my stainless steel MAK grill. I cut these up into 1" squares. Perfect combo for removing smoke stains from the grill.

Good for scratch-free light duty cleaning jobs, could be thicker

I guess I was expecting these pads to be thicker and stiffer but they do work OK for light duty, scratch-free cleaning. I use them for floor scrubbing, general cleanup by hand, and occasional dish cleaning. They are scratch free because they are abrasive free. They do have enough texture for many some cleaning jobs where you don't want to damage the surface. These are not for cleaning heavily soiled floors or concrete. They are not for removing cooked on food from steel or aluminum pans but they work great on non-stick pans without harming them.
