Not great, but it was functional after a bit of re-engineering on my part. I installed in a 1970's toilet that was designed with a larger tank than today's toilets. The filler tube was too short to reach, so I had to join it with another tube to make it reach properly. Will do for now, but I see myself replacing this soon.

Works just as I remember these kinds from the past ones I had. A bit loud when you flush, but that doesn't last long, and I will take that over a toilet that continuously runs any day.
