Keep it on a vehicle only used seasonably.

Great to prevent drain on seldom used vehicle. Minor inconvenience to open/close under the hood, but insures the battery is ready when needed.
Works Fine

Quality satisfactory. Certainly will do the job. Put on NEGATIVE LEAD (safety). Before installation make sure to tighten Phillips head bolts (used to hold assembly together). Mine were loose and could not access when installed on battery.
Avoid... poor design

Poor quality... looked like a good idea, but poor design. the screw stripped out of the brass - i never got a chance to install it as the screw fell out as soon as I took it out of the package. Too late to return. Unless seller contacts me with offer to replace, i can not recommend.
Not what it used to be.

Pivot rivet is way too tight. Very difficult to flip the breaker bar. I drilled it out and replaced with machine screw and locknut. The one I bought several years ago, had a screw and nut.
Works like a champ

Works great after a couple of simple changes.
1. A couple of screws allowed me to swap the posts. I did this because one is threaded, and the other is slick. I needed to swap them due to the layout of my battery & cables.
2. I bought a slightly longer bolt because the one that came with it wouldn't quite work.
I put this disconnect on the + terminal.
Now a vehicle that always went dead after a few days of sitting idle fires right up once I flip the disconnect.
