Poor quality. Soft brass. The provided nut was cross threaded onto the brass extension post. That's what I get for trying to save $2 and a trip into town.

The nut provided is for the wrong side of the lug. The nut should be for the "extended" part of the stud NOT the side that goes into the battery. The stud itself will work to attach a side post battery cable to a side post battery. However, in order to function as intended, you need to procure a metric nut for the back side to attach any accessory cables. Seems simple enough, but if I wanted to hunt down a nut at the hardware store I would have just bought this product there. I can't for the life of me figure out why there is a 3/8" thick nut on the 1/2" long side that goes into the battery. Would get 5 stars if it had the right nut. Material is soft to prevent damage to your battery and a great solution to adding accessory cables for winch, amps, leds, etc. NEED CORRECT NUT!

Looks like good quality, but can't use it. Came with the course nut on the TERMINAL side - not the fine nut for the extender side. Can't use it. Frustrating...
Works great for adding second battery for my winch cable connections.

Ordered these to install a second battery setup. As others mentioned they came with coarse thread nuts for the battery side of the stud. The fine thread is a M10 X 1.0 nut. I called WorthCo the manufacturer and they admitted they had a few batches go out wrong like this. He asked me for my address and sent out the replacement nuts at no charge. Great customer service and a manufacturer that admits when they make a mistake so that is why I gave them 5 stars. If you need the nuts just give them a call. 1-800-959-0879.

This battery terminal works great for car audio or accessory. Fits well for 2006 Chevy Silverado. I find it makes a difficult to un-wire the audio cable from the terminal for my specific truck. But, I find that just unplugging my fuse is easier. Very happy about the purchase and cheaper than any car audio place i visited.
