Easy Pease handle mounted grip.
James A.•March 30, 2017
Looks and feels sturdy. Big not a tiny handle! Easy to fasten onto replacement shovel/scoop handle in my case. All attachment hardware comes with it in the package. Because I will be using it in salt water it (attachment hardware) 1st Lloyd likely corrode faster so I am only giving it four stars right now and will update later as to how well that holds up. Hardware is wing nut and bolt with finger pinch head for easy tightening and loosening by hand-no need for special tools or even regular wrenches!
Don't Last Real Furious
Dylan H.•February 10, 2017
It worked great for the 2.5 months I had it for. Only using it a few times for shoveling snow. It really does make a huge difference on your back. But, with a little bit of wet snow. The handle snapped. With how long this lasted I'd say it's not worth the purchase. I will be looking elsewhere for a replacement. Because these really do help with shoveling snow. Only wish they were made to last.
great idea, poorly implimented

So I love this concept, the implementation isn't great though as i keep scraping my leg on the screws that hold it on the shovel. If it wasn't for that I'd give it 5 stars because it makes shoveling just that much easier. I'll be purchasing some of the other designs on Amazon though to avoid the leg scraping, and this will probably be in the trash.
[update] In the last heavy snow storm, this product broke. It's clearly not able to take the abuse that a shovel is intended for.

Yes, it is cheap - and cheaply made. ...

Yes, it is cheap - and cheaply made. We get that.
You might think, "I'll just buy multiple units and replace when they break. They're that cheap!"
Don't be fooled. These are VERY cumbersome to install and reinstall - impossible with gloves. Of course, these will break in sub-zero temps while you're 200 ft from the house. What then? It's already midnight and all you want to do is clear the mailbox. Time to shop for a different product.

Not built strong enough

I like the idea of this product and was excited to try it out. Installed it on a snow shovel, and it broke after the fourth use of shoveling the walkway in front of my apartment. Specifically the plastic down around where it clamps onto the tool simply snapped in two places, I'll try to upload a picture later but I think I might have thrown it away already.
