These look like concrete splash blocks, but they're easy to pick up and move around if needed. Easy to install. Does exactly what I need it to do.

This splash pad definitely does the job, although I wish it had a steaper pitch on it (although easily fixed by propping up the backside).
I purchased this item to have the overflow from a rain barrel sit on; the overflow is this ridiculously short 1 1/4" diameter hose. I ended up clamping the hose to the splash pad so it wouldn't shift and it's working fine.
I did end up finding it for a cheaper price at a big box store, lesson learned.
The grey is a nice color, especially since for me it's sitting on a concrete pad/patio.

Good materials. A tad longer than the ones from the big box store so it worked out very well. Would buy again. The others barely held up for a year but I think this one will last longer. The material is thicker and more flexible that the old splash block. The one is in the sun for the better part of a day so time will tell.
