Product seems.to be very durable. I would recommend as a 2 person installation. It may have been that I am a homeowner installing this and not a contractor. In my opinion, the installation directions were alittle lacking and could be improved on, but as stated before, the product I'm happy with, and would recommend.

Definitely use 4" tape (BLACK). Use longest staples your gun will staple. Cannot use compressed air stapler in my experience. Will significantly warp and twist in high temps during install. Try to have done in one day. On long runs (I did 16') maybe not the best product. Mine is pooling in the middle. I cannot imagine running a 16' elevated deck at a 2 degree downslope which would put constant tension on the house rim joist. Make sure to use lateral bracing if so. I'm no engineer, but"¦
