Disappointed
Kindle CustomerDecember 14, 2016
Recipe recently changed, again, now it tastes like mayonnaise. So frustrating, I loved the last recipe but I can't tolerate this one. I can't taste the spices, it pretty much just tastes like mayonnaise to me now.
Wonderful dressing
Jack E. Stoudenmire Jr.December 23, 2012
It's perfectly produced: flavorful, smooth, complementary with so many salad items. Good for dipping, too.

I've loved this dressing for years.
The ingredients recently changed!
HWWomanMay 29, 2012
I would have given this salad dressing five stars in the past, but the ingredients and consistency of the dressing recently changed. If you get a bottle that says "New Look" and "Same Great Taste!", be aware that you are getting the new recipe with less sodium, but also a thinner consistency with less cheese solids and a less robust and authentic taste. Vinegar and water are now the second and third ingredients listed after soybean oil. The original recipe contained soybean oil, water and then parmesan and romano cheese. Romano is now the fourth ingredient and parmesan is further down in the list.

I will give more information later, but this consumer is not pleased. Why do companies mess with something that is a success?
Maybe we should express our discontent.

This change is in the works right now. We have two bottles in our refrigerator - new and old. The older one has an expiration date of August 2012, while the newer one has an expiration date of October 2012.
