I admit I had middling expectations for this dressing when I read "restaurant grade quality." What does that even mean? At any rate, it was excellent. The flavor was piquant and balanced. Strong garlic and cheese notes are dominant. Fair amount of pepper, though I'd happily have had more. I just had it over a regular homemade salad with romaine and assorted veggies. Thumbs up! I was seeking out a peppercorn parm dressing and this one will do just fine. It might be my new fave cream-based dressing, in fact!
