Bad seeds

So.. after some time, only my basil turned out good. I planted chives and parsley and cilantro and marjoram and oregano and dill, and only parsley turned out right ok. My dill sprouted but died soon after, the same with cilantro. I think I got bad seeds? I want the same variety but good seeds this time around.
Germination rate is pretty high.

Like I said. Theyre pretty successful. But it looks like they just bought seed packets and shoved them in a bag. And they look nothing like the picture in the discription. They say nothing about non gmo or tested seeds.

Everything I planted sprouted! I have a healthy crop of seedling that I couldn't be happier with and hopefully, if I don't end up killing them, I'll be enjoying the results in my cooking soon. As a bonus I had enough seeds to not only create the herb garden I'd dreamed of but also share with a friend :)
Not much success with seeds from scratch

These herbs have not grown at all. I planted watered only when needed, used great potting soil and still had no success. It has been almost two months and nothing grew. I was very frustrated and an unsatisfied customer. I even researched on the internet lots of do's and don't, I wanted to have this great herb garden.
