It was a big hit with both grandson... and son.
As it was when it was new in the market

Yup the way it was when i first had it many years ago :)
It looks nice, no sounds

It's a neat looking collectors TOY, it's not a glue together model as I had (searched for) thought, so that's all on me. The seller was quick to ship, it looks nice and all but the sounds don't work (still trouble shooting. I for one am not into collecting toys, but I dig building models, so be aware of what it is you are buying.
The Imperial Cruiser (aka Star Destroyer)
David Blount•May 7, 2013
The Imperial Cruiser or rather the Star Destroyer is the Empires ship of choice to suppress Rebels and anyone who dares challange the might of the Empire. This isn't the only version of the ISD they have as there are other make and models small and large of Star destroyers .
This is a cool addition to my growing Star Wars Fleet and it features lights as well as sounds (Normal Cruse Mode, Alarm, Hyperspace Jump and Turbo Lasers firing) and a stand to display your ship on. If you're collecting Star Wars ships make sure you add this to your collection.

Authentic looking replica

This model looks great and is the perfect size for the top of my printer. I didn't buy it for the sound effects, which is good since they are hard to even hear. I am a bit disappointed in the lighting. I had hoped it would be set up with fiber optics going to the windows, but it doesn't. It has two main bulbs, one for the middle of the ship and one for the engines. The engines light up fairly well, but the one in the middle barely lights up the windows right next to it let alone the rest. It has window holes throughout the model, but most of them don't light up. Despite this, it is still one of the better looking premade models I have seen short of custom builds.
