I recently had to switch out my bedroom ceiling fans for lights. I sleep best with a fan on. My sister in law has this fan and I love how it has a remote so I can keep the remote on my bedside table and turn it on or off when I need it. The set up was easy, but the front cage was a little hard for me to put on. I ended up having to lay the whole thing down on the ground and put it on that way. That worked best! It puts out a really good amount of air, and I do not miss my ceiling fans at all! I will be buying another one for my sons room, since he sleeps hot.

Great fan. Wish they put the products box in another box so no one can see what I'm ordering. Would've made it more likely to get stolen. But the fan itself is great. Quieter than most but still enough background noise for me. I love the remote. Being able to turn it on from my bed is great.

Have to agree with other reviews - this is a powerful fan, even at low speed! It was pretty simple to put together - no tools necessary. I kind of wish they had the metal clamps on the cover for easier removal for cleaning blades, but that's the only minor criticism overall. I don't notice any balance issues. It's sturdy, and can be positioned upwards in addition to side to side for really good circulation of air in the room. I have this in a large master suite, and it definitely moves the air on low! They also included a piece of Velcro to put on back of remote and fan so you can attach together when moving it or not in use to increase odds for not losing the remote.

This fan has power blows all my other fans away i like it super powerful and this is amazing even on low which is super quiet the entire room is cooled off. Now I've had it almost 3 weeks on non stop. The only one issue I have is I cannot get the front to stay on sadly the way they made it is a lil on the cheap side I've tried so many times so it will fall off at least once a week I guess I will have to use twist ties because I love this fan finally I think I will make it thru another southern summer Lord please let it be my last thank you Amazon for selling this to me Happy Girl.and my brother wants one asap UPDATE 2/15.2018 I love this fan i love the power but please I've yet to get the front to stay on since I got it falls off constantly scaring me nearly to death anyone??

I would like to start off with my concerns with purchasing this particular fan based on the pictures/reviews. I like many other make most of my purchase decisions based off reviews so I find it extremely important to write a detailed review.
I was worried it might not be sturdy because the base looks small in comparison to the top of the fan in the picture. My last fan wasn't sturdy at all and eventually bit the dust due to being knocked over. After receiving this fan there is Absolutely ZERO chance of that happening. It's very sturdy not wobbly at all.
I had read numerous reviews from various people stating it was very noisy or loud, then there was just as many stating it was quiet. So my take on that is apparently the ones who think it's loud either got a defaulty one (not likely) or were comparing it to a ceiling fan. My last fan came from the dollar store and was very loud so I kind of expected this one to be either way would have been fine because we have grown accustomed to the noise and need it to sleep. It's not so quiet you can't hear it running but it's also not so loud that it's disturbing it in between.
2 of the biggest reasons I ordered this fan. The first one was it's 18in which standard for this type of fan is 16in so in my head I was thinking it will probably put out a lot of air! Boy was I right this sucker blows my little dog was on the bed I turned it on and her fur was crazy! I never dreamed 2 in would make that much of a difference but it sure does! The second reason was the REMOTE my hubby keeps it frigid cold in our house so at bed time I hop in an pull the covers over my head. He always has to get back up and turn on the fan on. Well those days are over a little Velcro to the back of the remote and the side of the nite stand and the magic happens lol!
Now my very favorite thing about this fan is it's black yes YES I SAID BLACK in hopes I won't have to clean it as often but I will keep you posted on that and update on how easy it was or wasn't to clean. 😉
