Not as thick as I'm accustomed to but makes a killer pad thai.

Though this is my first purchase of any Tamarind concentrate, it was good in the Pad Thai I made. This was a major ingredient in the sauce, which turned out really well, fresh sauce is so much better than the grocery store's dry sauces.
