Best to go with close to fresh as possible but when you need a quick meal with little time this is a good choice. We try to stay away from prepared foods but this is one we still keep on hand just in case.

This vegetable soup is delicious and I like that it's organic, but I really can't imagine that I will buy it on a regular basis because it costs a bit too much. I wanted to try it so I bought a can (on sale, I think, but I can't remember).
