Yummy, but lower weight than Knorr traditional Vegetable mix

Bought this to make classic Knorr Spinach Dip. I realized after purchasing that is was Spring Vegetable and not Vegetable. The number of ounces was lower than the regular Vegetable mix. I make a triple recipe to use up a warehouse sized sour cream container. Due to the smaller size, I needed to use more than 3 packets, but all turned out well...delicious as usual!

Love this for my homemade clam chowder!! Can't find it in stores anymore so this is my only choice. It's a bit pricey but there is not a substitute for the cream of Leek soup.
A versatile mix that can be difficult to locate!

We are experimenting with this mix for making a faux 'Cream of Mushroom'-like soup, and have trouble finding it in stores in our area. Was very happy to find it in quantity and at a great price here on Amazon.com.
We're Weight Watchers, and like to have the smooth texture of a cream-based soup, without the cost to our diet of cream in the recipe. I've experimented with several ideas, including using two cups of water with one cup of cashew milk as the liquid, fresh sliced mushrooms, and a tablespoon of cornstarch to enhance thickening and texture. I've also made it with chicken stock as the liquid. It's not as rich and tasty soup loaded with cream, but it's acceptable and better for our waistlines!

This is and has always been my family's go-to in regards to packet mixes for spinach dip. I have tried a few other brands, and this is still the best I've had when not making it entirely from scratch. To none of my own surprise, in my experience, this has also been the go-to for most people that I've met for the same use. If you like spinach dip and haven't tried it from the Knorr Veg mix, I'd definitely recommend it.

I use this stuff for a simple dip, but you can't find it in the stores. You may like this: 1 16oz container sour cream, 1 cup mayo (I use Hellmann's), 1 pkg Spring Vegetable soup mix (only use Spring Vegetable, it will taste completely different if you use "Vegetable" soup mix), mix well, then add as much salsa (or Picante) as you like. You might be amazed how good this is.
