These are a great accessory for Pilates work with my clients. I work with a lot of teenage dancers, and have found they respond better to using these as opposed to dumbbells. The weight is ideal for adding strength training into reformer exercises, but I will also place these on clients' lower backs during four point kneel position to challenge hip stability. A tricky but great way to get them to learn about isolation and control. Would have purchased more if that shipping costs were not as high for sending to NZ. Thanks!

I was looking for a larger version of this ball. It was hard to determine the sizes from the product description. It would be nice to show a person holding the different sizes for scale. This is a high-quality product and I'll get use from it, but I need to buy another one to get the size I want.
