This is a great rice flour. Just pat this into meat or fish and spray with olive oil before baking or pan frying. It is so much healthier than flour batter.

Amazing for DIY dry shampoo!

I honestly imagine many people purchasing this rice flour to make food/desserts, but I used it for my overly greasy hair. My hairs gets oily relatively quickly, and normal dry shampoos just leave too much residue and leaves my scalp itchy by the end of the night. Although I do know people who mix essential oils with this flour to create a DIY dry shampoo, I just use it as is. A handful of this stuff into the hair and root, massage, and then blow dry. It works wonders.
