Works great but did not solve my problem. The electronic switching caused the motor to be too noisy.

Works well on a small blower motor on a wood stove for me. Well built and nice instructions. Nice that the off goes to high and then you turn it down from there this gets the motor spinning. You can set the lowest level with a trimmer that is under the cover. You don't want it to go so low that it stalls the motor so this is an important feature.
