I love all of these flavors and I can definitely notice a performance boost when I consume one. i didn't like the texture at first but now I think they are the easiest to consume while riding and actually taste pretty good. I the chocolate outrage is my favorite. Kind of tastes like brownie batter

I am a marathon and half marathon runner and Gu is my "go to" energy gel. I have used it for years. Easily digestible and tasty. I especially like the Original flavor and the Coffee Buzz flavor--it has a little caffeine kick.

Good product, I went with the tri-berry flavor because I bought them in the summer here in southern CA and I'm glad I got this flavor. I felt that fruity flavors would be good in the heat and I was right. No matter how hot the gel got it tasted good and didn't melt. They work like they are suppose to and definitely take them with a couple sips of water so they don't glob your mouth up. I've tasted other brands but these are by far the best tasting and work well with my training regime.

Works great. I have used these for long boot camp sessions in central Florida. I always thought these were a gimmick but after several uses I have noticed a real difference. I don't mind the longer workouts so much and find I am MUCH less tired afterward.

I definitely felt the energy boost from these. The gel is pretty slow to come out. I don't mind but some friends don't like that aspect. The taste is fine. Not something I would crave at all, but doesn't leave an aftertaste.
