Love this pasta!
C. Stewart•July 2, 2017
My daughter and I eat mostly gluten and grain free. But her favorite meal is spaghetti, so I keep some of this on hand at all times. The trick is to rinse the noodles if you're using them with a sauce. That keeps the noodles from getting sticky. But if I'm making a soup, I just throw them in the broth. The extra starch serves as a mild thickener. We've eaten this brand for years, and it has never failed me! From spaghetti, to chicken noodle soup, to lo mein, it's always turned out well.

Love, love, love this rice pasta. Great for those with gluten intolerance. Tastes good and now I don't even miss regular pasta.

Good texture

Similar to their brown rice product, but lighter in color. The taste and texture is nearly indistinguishable from wheat-based spaghetti. The non-celiac members of my family can't tell the difference and this has become the staple for spaghetti in our house (we used to have to make separate noodles - rice for me and wheat for everybody else). The texture is not mushy like other rice noodles that imitate wheat noodles, but they do get hard in the refrigerator like other rice noodles (i.e. can't use it for cold salads).
