My child's favorite flavor. They actually taste pretty good. Most of the puffs don't have much flavor but these do!

These USED to be gluten free and said so right on the outside, to the left of the blue star. I am so disappointed, because when I asked my family doctor why it seems that difficulty digesting products that contain gluten seems to have become widespread. He said that food producers were using different types of flour, especially cheaper ones that contain much higher amounts of gluten in them, so people were being exposed to much greater amounts of gluten than they used to, thus more and more people were consequently developing problems digesting gluten than used to. I asked him if that meant that, from early in childhood on, it might be a good idea to avoid products containing gluten, where an alternative was readily obtainable, and he said he thought probably so. So of course I was delighted when I saw that this terrific snack was also gluten free. But just a couple of months ago, I noticed that those words are no longer anywhere that I can find on the container. Come on, Gerber, do you really have to save a few pennies on probably every serving at the expense of infants? I used to think more highly of Gerber.

My grandsons love these. This flavor was hard to find in stores near me.

I love puffs for my infant son. He's at that stage where he's learning to self-feed but is still not the best at mashing food between his gums before trying to swallow. Gerber Puffs dissolve easily and quickly in his mouth, thus presenting less of a choking hazard than other cereal-type snacks.
