Sharp and sharp looking but they leave a residue on your hands.

These look awesome and perform well but they have some sort of grease on them that leaves black marks on your hands when you use them. I've hand washed them three times, put them in the dishwasher twice and used a degreaser on them and still...black marks on the hands that use them. Honestly it's pissing me off and it's embarrassing to have guests use them.
don't put aluminum in the dishwasher

the included paper says that they can be hand washed or run in the dishwasher. as a person that doesn't like to wash dishes, they went through the dishwasher. The blades still look great. The aluminum handles on the other hand, look terrible.
they are tarnished and black comes off of them when you touch them. I should have ordered the black handled set. I have many Rada products, they're a fine company, and the products are top notch, but I hate the aluminum handles on these knives and will see about trading them.

I hate serrated edge steak knives. These are not and they are super sharp. Exactly what I wanted. My wife uses them as sharp knives. Bought more knives of this brand so she can stop using my steak knives.

Seriously don't waste your time on ANYTHING else. These blades are SUPER sharp and ultra thin but not flimsy. Do yourself a favor and grab their sharpener too.
