I am not a fan of canned or processed ANYTHING but I have to say I love this soup. I make my own soups down to my own chicken stock. I am a food snob so when my daughter demanded that I try this I was reluctant but I have to say it's really good. Thankfully, it doesn't have potatoes but it does have peas and corn so it's not completely low carb but it is big on flavor. I keep a case a work at all times so I have a quick grab and go lunch if need be.
So many other great Amys choices, skip this one.

The only Amy's soup ive never given 5 stars. Its not bad, its just not what I would expect from Amys. Will not buy again. PS this is not anti vegan or vegetarian is i mostly eat vegetarian and a lot of vegan items to boot. this is just, well bland mush.
Not as tasty as Pacific

I was really hoping to like this since it is organic and Amy's has a good name. Unfortunately it is pretty much without flavor and not nearly as tasty as Pacific. Won't buy again.
Not bad at all

Not the best tasting of Amy's soups, but it does contain tumeric which is good for the brain which is why I got it. I like the pop can top design so that you don't need a can opener. 3 of the 12 cans I got from here had dents in them at the bottom. I think they arrived that way before being shipped to me since the dents were on the inside of shipping. Overall cheaper to get it in bulk than to buy it in individual cans in the store. Overall the flavor is, on a scale from 1-10, about a 6 or so. So it does taste good, just not something I'd reach for regularly.

What you see is what you get. Organic, nutritious soup, BPA free can, great price.
I use these for emergency storage, camping, and as healthy meal on demand, for when I don't have time to cook.
The taste is quite good, and the soup is perfectly palatable on its own, but I particularly enjoy a can mixed with freshly cooked rice.
