Works great! It's a little noisy due to the vinyl(?) material. But, realistically, that's what you get if you want waterproof. We cover it with a sheet and blanket. My infant son is a LOT more comfortable with this compared to just the play pen.
My baby seems very comfortable in the pack and play now

It fit perfectly in my pack and play, but I did have to buy a different crib sheet for it to cover the thickness of it. My baby seems very comfortable in the pack and play now. She didn't want to sleep in it at all before and now she naps there comfortably.

I bought this to use in a Graco Pack 'n Play while we were moving and baby's crib was in a moving truck.
It got the job done. I was a little worried that it would be heavy or bulky, but it's very lightweight and could probably even fold in half if you needed to fit it in a cramped trunk or something.
Baby slept well on it!
