This product works great short time
MedicalBiller•August 24, 2017
This product works great short time. Afterwards it will destroy your capillaries within your nostrils and make thins worst. NOT FOR CONTINUED USE. If you need this go visit an ENT surgeon and get rid of your pol-lips. I did and I am so glad.
but now I'm updating it because it seems this one works the best for me

This was initially posted on a different spray (xlear), but now I'm updating it because it seems this one works the best for me.
Have been suffering from severe allergies and acid reflux for over 10 years. Started with weekly allergy shots, then monthly, and have taken just about every pill and nose spray, and even inhalers that were being pushed out through my allergy clinic. I've made multiple trips to see an ENT with zero help. Have done CT scans to be told sinuses are clear and "perfect". Once in a while they would just call it a sinus infection and put me on antibiotics. It's been pretty frustrating to say the least. I'm now supposed to see a sinus specialist at UCLA, and just before making the appointment, came across this nasal spray. After reading the reviews, I figured it was worth a shot. My main symptom and cause for suffering was post nasal drip, sticky mucus stuffing my nose and dripping down the back of my throat, causing constant throat clearing and even coughing. My ENT "guessed" that it's probably actually my acid reflux working it's way up, causing my nose to get stuffy. Whatever the cause, I've been desperately trying to find relief.
Update since I last wrote the above part. I went to see the specialist at UCLA and I was told that everything looked fine. He "prescribed" prilosec, twice a day for a month. Said he believes the problem is more acid reflux, rather than sinuses or allergies.
In short, this spray seems to bring down the sinus inflammation, I can actually breath thru my nose, and I'm clearing my throat less. My concern is that I need to use this twice a day or it just gets stuffed up again. I'm wondering if continued use is ok. I don't think I can stop using this until a doctor can figure out what's wrong with my sinuses.

All I know is I can now breathe!!! I've had a cold for the last week and I've taken some OTC meds but nothing really effective for long. I've heard rumors over the years about ZICAM meds but never tried any. Desperation sets in and I ordered (same day delivery [thank you Amazon]) some from here because the four places I looked locally didn't have this particular item. Used it within five minutes of arrival not knowing what to expect. Well it took about maybe 10 minutes and next thing I know, I can breathe thru both nostrils (rare even even under the best of circumstances). Stayed that way until about twelve hours later and I could see a repeat spraying would be coming shortly. Do recommend this stuff. It's so good I may use it even when I am not suffering with a cold just so I can breathe thru both nostrils. How much better that makes me feel.
It's expensive but my favorite nasal spray for colds and congestion

best nose spray, and not nasty tasting like other primary brands. I pay more for this because it works better, still has a rebound effect of about 1 day, but I'vew never seen one that doesn't
