Fades fairly quickly, but beautifully. Hair was bleached beforehand. Will probably purchase again. Doesn't transer too much after 2-3 washes. Was prettty purple when initially dyed, faded to pink, then rose gold, then to a light gold with a rose tone.
Great Highlights for $7

This kit worked great! It gave me beautiful warm colored highlights on my medium brown hair. Do they look completely professional? Of course not. But they only cost me a tenth of what it would in the salon and gave me exactly what I wanted.
I would definitely use this kit again! I love how they turned out.

Worst Brand of Hair Color I've Tried

First time trying Garnier Nutrisse and I ended up with clown colored, dried out hair. Now I have to spend good money to correct the damage.
I've colored my own hair for many years, and it has been kind to me even in color experiments that I shouldn't have tried. But this product is dangerous, in my opinion.

As a SAHM currently going through a divorce, I needed to find a cheaper alternative for $200+ price tag my salon trips usually netted me. After using this product, specifically the ultra light natural blonde 100 color, I dearly wish I would have tried this sooner and saved me some money. It's very easy to apply and I also recommend searching Youtube for nutrisse color application videos, there are lots of them and some are really good and give a decent idea of what to expect and how to apply, which was a huge visual aid and confidence booster for a newbie like me.
The only negative thing I would say is that there was a very slight brassy redness to it, probably due to my own natural highlights and not the color itself, but that was easily remedied by shampooing with John Frieda's purple shampoo, it neutralized the faint brassiness wonderfully. I'm going to run the risk of sounding like a John Frieda representative here, which I'm not, but I also use Frieda's sheer blonde shampoo and conditioner, along with the very occasional use of Frieda's lightening spray to keep the color looking fresh and considerably extend the time before I have to do another color application, in the hopes of making it easier on my hair. All of these products combined are just a fraction of what I used to pay in the salon and I'm just as happy with the results as I was when I had my hair professionally done.

Consistent Quality Hair Color

I have been using this box dye for awhile now to dye my hair a soft black color. When dying your hair that dark, it doesn't make sense to pay salon prices when it is practically fool proof to do it yourself. This box dye is a very consistent quality. It is easy to use and the shade always turns out as expected.
At 25 years old, I'm having some early grey hair coming in. This drives me crazy as I feel I'm way too young for this to happen! Fortunately, this dye covers them perfectly. It also doesn't fade too quickly. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a cheap box dye.
