I did this as an experiment to see if this would work. To my surprise it worked, but. I didn't use it to its full potential😢.
I'm a very skinny short(5'6)dude who just doesn't like to eat(I can't figure out why). I barley ate around 1000- 2000 per day with the help of MyFitnessPal. I ended up with a minimum weight of 120.There were lots of things i did to ensure i could gain weight with Serious Mass. The "trick"that I used was applying 4-6 Tbs of peanut butter and 3-4 cups of milk(any if fine higher calorie milk is ovbously better) my total 90% of the time was 2300+ calories!!(100g of protein, 330g of carbs,70g of fat). One mistake that i learned was trying to drink it all in one go;this either made me want to throw up everything or immediately pass out and take 3 hour long naps😂. Another huge mistake about drinking this shake everyday was that my body couldn't eat real food. I was so full for the who day that food made me feel nauseas. I changed the game a bit and decided to drink my "shake"(40+oz of liquid since i had to blend all of it) every 2-3 hours. This method really worked in the end.
IN CONCLUSION(since this is taking too long) I've only gained about 12-15 pounds in one month. Im also sure 20%of my weight was on my stomach since it would make me look bloated due to my weak lactose tolerance.
P.S. I did work out heavily and i still do (i only have a barbell with 50lbs on it) I did upper and lower body workouts. I think I've gained those "newbie gains" hard. So im sure some of the weight is just normal muscle weight. Anyways hope this helps people 5 stars for sure!!
Gained 15 Pounds in a Month... NBD

It's probably my favorite mass gainer out there! Beats the crap out of Mutant's one, i'll say that but do yourself a favor if you're going to spend the money on this! Most people can't absorb all of the carbs, protein and fats this stuff packs so freaking stack it with REAL MUSCLE BUILDER - Anabolic Weight Gainer & Nutrient Partitioner for Muscle Growth | Clear Plateaus Fast - 180 Pills. I won't go into detail on Real Muscle but I'll say it's the only legit muscle builder out there that actually works. I put on 15 pounds in a month with a bottle of that and a truckload of Serious Mass.

Anyways, back to Serious Mass. It's really the only mass gainer i can recommend because Optimum Nutrition is the best protein provider in the world because they own all of the dairy farms. That should tell you everything you need to know for any of product out there that is selling dairy or as most people know it... WHEY! haha I don't use anything other than Optimum protein and if you find something cheap, you can bet your sweet butt that it's tainted, spiked or just a flat out false label.

Not only does it contain good whey sources but they care about the science and the carbs and other macro nutrient ingredients are a notch above the competition. Optimum has always been a very quality company like that. No B/S just straight to the real results. It's got a fitting name if you're serious about putting on mass you better get serious mass.

& take my advice on Real Muscle. I'm not paid or endorsed in anyway, I've spent 10 years of my life training and I definitely think it's a good combination.
The only product that helped gain 14lb within 4 months!!!

My only beef with this product is the price, but I wouldn't subtract a start for it, because it works.
Went from 140lb (+/- 2-3lb) to a solid 154lb (also +/- 2-3lb) in a matter of 3-4 months.
I work full time, almost no time to eat properly, so this great tasting shake was a savior. I also trained brazilian jiu jitsu for 2 years, 2-3 times a week, and the caloric burn during 1 rolling session was insane. So imagine calories burnt during the training, during the day, including a few hundred calorie intakes in terms of breakfast and lunch sandwiches, and I was still able to gain 14lb? I love this product.

P.S. I was taking only 1 scoop (instead of recommended 2) with 15oz of whole milk and only 3 times a week!!!
“Pro” tips for making it work!

I am pushing 40 years of age and have been one of those guys that people hate on because I can eat anything and not gain an ounce. Granted, I stay busy and active, but making gains off 150 lbs always escaped me for the entirety of my 6'1" adult life. In the last two months I gained a solid 20 pounds using this shake mix and hitting the weights 4 times a week.

So sticking to a gym routine is difficult; it takes time out of your day, it takes effort, and it takes motivation and energy that you may not have. If you have the gym routine locked down, the second most difficult part is proper nutrition to meet your goals. For me, packing in enough calories to get the gains that motivate me to keep going to the gym was the obstacle I had to overcome. This shake mix made it easy; the drink is actually drinkable, tastes good and doesn't make you want to vomit from feeling bloated. Stick with it and it will work.

Here are a few tips:

- Use milk and not water. If you're going to drink a weight gainer, you want to consume as many calories in as little substance as possible since it is supposed to supplement regular meals and not replace them. Milk adds an additional 400 calories, has calcium to build up the bones for the beast you want to become. It also makes the shake taste better.

- Use a blender. Yeah I know it sucks to clean afterwards, but here is how you get around that. Add the milk first then turn it on high for a few seconds. The milk will froth up. When you dump the two huge scoops of powder in, it will rest nicely on the fluffy milk cloud and not stick to the sides, which will make cleaning the blender MUCH easier.

- Add a banana. Makes the shake taste better. Potassium: it's good for you and your muscles.

- Add 2 tbsp of peanut butter. Make sure you use smooth and NOT chunky! (The peanut chunks get soggy and disgusting) This, combined with the banana will bring the calorie count to almost 2000! The oils in the peanut butter also seem to de-gas the shake so you aren't drinking a bottle of bubbles and you don't feel prematurely full.

- Buy the 45oz Blender Bottle to keep the shake in for consumption. It is the most convenient way to keep the entire contents you just mixed up in one container, and it has a heavier mixing ball for thicker shakes.

- Don't drink it all at once. Remember, you want to still be able to eat full meals. I usually make mine up at night after dinner and then drink half by the end of the night. It makes me fall asleep easier. I then take the other half to work and consume it right after breakfast.

I am very pleased with how this has worked for me. The price usually does not fluctuate on this huge bag, but you can always subscribe and save a few dollars once you establish your consumption rate. Happy gaining!
Dinged it one star because if you use the full recommended serving, it is nearly impossible to get it ...

If you are looking for GAINZ, look no further. This stuff packs some serious nutrition, albeit in rather large servings. Dinged it one star because if you use the full recommended serving, it is nearly impossible to get it blended to perfection, BUT in my opinion that has to be expected with a supplement that is giving you such large calorie and protein counts. I got the vanilla flavor, which has worked for me because it gives flexibility in making the shake taste how you want (i.e. you want peanut butter flavor..throw some in, you want chocolate flavor, throw some in). You do not have that flexibility with other flavors.

Word of warning, this is not for those just looking to get some protein in their diet. This is absolutely for people trying to bulk and put on weight.
