Works as designed

Well as a in casting material for brick or creating a layer on horizontal surfaces. Not a product for smoothing or patching vertical surfaces.

No issues, mixed perfectly and dried hard. Used it at the bottom of my metal foundry.
Easy to use!

I used this to fix damage grout lines in my fireplace. It was workable for about 30 minutes, and set perfectly. Very easy to use, even for the masonry-challenged.
Easy to Use Repair Cement
Marilyn ThompsonDecember 20, 2016
Got this to repair some bricks that had came loose on the front of the fireplace just below the firebox. it mixed easy and was very easy to work with. Another thing I like is it only requires some basic prep work before applying. It did not require heat to harden and was hard and set the next day. The color closely matched the mortar of the surrounding brick which was one factor I was looking for. I will but more as needed for other repair jobs as they come up around my home.

I made a batch to fill the hole in my fire place. It was peanut butter thickness. I did not make enough so I made another batch. It was not as thick. The other reviews I read said be exact. I was not. It went down good. I made a small fire with not much heat 24 hours later. Per directions. Mix accordingly but we're not chemist here folks. As far as I am concerned, fire place is fixed. I had bricks broken on back wall and on floor of fire box. I was considering replacing bricks. I am very much pleased. No brittleness or signs of wear. It's been a month now. Fires every night. I recommend.
