Not What I Expected.

I was very disappointed. Maybe I didn't read the "product page" properly. From the picture, I expected one similar to what I had before. It was a easy-to-put-together plastic frame with a much better quality cover.
Yes, I know how to handle tools & I assembled it, but I'm still disappointed. And the cover is a VERY cheap one.

Very light and 2 of our 3 "little kid's" (tiny Chihuahua's) are afraid to use it as it wobbles when they try to go up and down them... We had to get a different set and put this set away until my husband can repair these to where they are "heavier".

These stairs worked out great for my two puppy Chihuahuas. They had learned to climb the sofas with theirs nails but would try to jump down. I was worried about them hurting themselves. I ordered this, it came really fast, two day shipping. I put it together, the instructions were only pictures so the one part, the back crossbar I had to study the picture as to where it went. A couple of the pre-drilled holes were slightly bigger than the screw which made the assembly less secure. The cover fit a little loose on the stairs. I was afraid of the pups slipping so I secured the cover to the steps with a hot glue gun, now much better. The side pieces should have been a little thicker. Other than those things, it was a good purchase for the pups and they have mastered these stairs!
Works but not great quality

At first I wasn't sure if it will be tall enough for the bed, but I gave it a try anyway because I was too lazy to make my own. It came in a small box (smaller than I thought) and pretty easy to assemble. The wood is not that durable but if you have a 5lb puppy like me, it won't be a problem. The screws do not screw in tightly so I had to put wood glue on it just to make it safer. The white plush cover is okay but not that great of a quality. At first my dog won't use it, he would just put his paw on the first step. I had to guide him up and down a few times before he got use to it. Now he uses it all the time instead of jumping off the bed. When he jumps off, it scares me so much since it looks like he is jumping off a cliff. I do wish that the steps were wider so he doesn't have a harder time getting up and down. I think if I need another one I will just make my own since the quality is not that great.

The concept is great.... however when I took this out of the box to peice it together I found that not all the holes lines up. I couldn't put this together with the screws that were supplied as the holes didn't match up and these didn't work for for drilling a new holes. I also had to borrow a power drill from a friend to complete this job. After it was complete I put the cream cover on and that didn't seem to fully align.
