The right stuff?

It may have been easier with a helper and they do recommend two people. You can do it yourself, just don't rush it.Make sure it's warm enough so it sticks well. Actually it sticks extremely well! I waited to write this until it had been on a while. It's had plenty, of wind rain and snow in a couple of months of Colorado winter/ spring and it remains perfect and unaffected.
Excellent Product, but ...

I used this product on a series of small flat roofs that I built to protect condensers and a grill. Applying it to a complex shape takes some skill. One can easily get it all tangled up in itself and everything around it if one does not know the right technique for applying it. Basically, cut it to fit, lay it down, peel back the paper protecting the gooey side from a far corner to pin it down, then, keeping the product as flat and in place as possible, slowly pull the paper on an angle off the product. Pull in small sections and use a roller to iron out wrinkles as you go. Note that once applied, the product is aluminum, not white. I doubt that this product would stand up to rough treatment like falling branches, but one can walk on it once or twice while applying it to a larger area.
Good product

Great product. Very nice quality and easy to install. Make sure you have a helping hand to manage the roll and get it set the way you'd like. Once it's stuck down... it's stuck. Easily applied and nice quality.
Fantastic material

Best possible material for re roofing a VERY old mobile home. Primed with diluted roofing tar and this stuff will NEVER come off. Not easy to apply, but you get the hang of it after a couple of rolls applied. Lining up the lines BEFORE peeling is the secret. Roll out 6 feet of the product, lining up the overlap lines. Remove the back from about 8 inches of the start of the roll. Roll the paper under the product roll. Re roll the product and start the stick down. Amazing product.
so far so good

Put this on my sunroom roof about a month ago. Went on fairly easy with two people working it. will review again after I see how it holds up over the next year.
