I had two cracked vent pipe boots. Thanks to a video on Youtube, I learned how to fix the leaks with a couple of these. Saved tons of money by not having to pull up the roofing to replace the entire pipe vent flashing. Combine this with some Henry Rubber Wet Patch Roof Cement and you have a cheap repair that can save a ton of money and repair.

Had a leak on the ceiling and checked the roof and sure enough one of the pipe boots had a big crack in it. Repaired it temporarily with a sealant to keep water out, then put this over the whole thing after I received it from Amazon and so far, so good. Was glad I was able to find these at Amazon.
