I had 1/8" open seams around all walls of my cast iron fireplace setting off all our smoke alarms and this sealed them all up using just half a tube, and now all is well and warm as we enjoy our fireplace again. Does not dry up until heated and I keep it handy to re-seal any seams that may fall off if it drop a log on it etc.

Used it to seal the pipe going to the stack from the wood stove. Did a perfect job, easy to use, sealed the leaks. Do a good job sealing the tube on the cartridge and the content will remain usable on a later date. Very satisfactory product.

This sealant worked so well!!! Was quite easy to apply, not messy at all. It did take longer to dry, about 2 days total- but I believe that was bcuz I applied it very thickly. It fried to a hard, solid seal that locks that heat inside beautifully. I would highly recommend this product.
