Love this mat

The mat is a regular thickness. It's a yoga mat not an exercise mat. The lavender colour is gorgeous and exactly as shown. It's great to have so many colour options. I use the mat for bikram practice & during triangle it's fairly grippy. The only weird thing was the super chemical smell when I first opened the mat.

I was planning on buying the cheapest mat I could find on here, and I'm glad I read reviews because for $2 more I bought this mat instead & so far it is well-made, durable, non-slip & also not chemical-smelly like some mats are. I got light lavender (3rd mat on the bottom row), the color is shown accurately. I'd say it's a nice yoga mat, sort of on the thinner side, but a really nice length. I don't find it to be slippery, the only issue I have with it is the SMELL! It has a very strong smell of plastic-- I'm really hoping it'll fade after awhile. My package came with a free sample of Toms toothpaste btw.
