Very good would buy again.
Poor head design

The chest of these manikins is pretty good. Changing between adult and child is simple, there is a "click" when you've performed a compression to the proper depth, and the feel is nice.
However, when it comes to the head and giving breaths, this manikin falls immensely short. Beginning with the tedious process of inserting the plastic lungs, you have to remove the head from the body and use the slim tool provided to pull the lungs through the mouth, then place the lungs in the body, and re-attach the head. Next, when going to give a breath, the design makes it very difficult to maintain an open airway because the entire neck moves. I taught one class with these manikins and was surprised I made it through without losing it. I'd recommend spending the extra bit and go with the basic buddy.

Cons:
-While these units do "click" during compressions, the construction material makes it extremely difficult to push the full 2 inches to achieve the "click" on the Adult setting.
-Chest barely rises during ventilations, even with proper head tilting.
Pros:
-Carrying case is great.
-Lungs are easy to replace
-Head must be tilted back to ventilate
