Very sturdy, well padded pilates box with handles.....def takes your workout to a higher level. Instructional DVD offers around 20 or more different exercise demo workouts (long box and short box), which is great to get you started on your routine. Gondola pole helps with stability in standing exercises on your reformer, as well as offers some additional advanced exercise moves on the box. Great product...well made....def a great addition to your reformer workouts!!

I ordered this and returned it several months ago. It was too big for my reformer and I thought it was odd that it didn't even say AeroPilates on it. It said Stamina, I believe and it didn't work at all. I reordered it recently thinking I would give it a second try. This one is completely different. Much better construction, and most importantly, fits my reformer. I only give it 3 stars because it certainly isn't as nice as using a professional box, but it'll do for now. The dimensions of the box in relation to the reformer make the exercises awkward to perform and therefore the exercises lose precision and effectiveness. But the AeroPilates reformer itself lends to this as well. It's... OK.

Love this Pilates accessory for the Pilates machine. This allows us to do more positions on the Pilates machine. The box is not too heavy to move. Like it a lot!

Having the box has made my home workout more like my Reformer training session. As for the pole, meh. Other than using it to stabilize getting up on the Reformer, there's absolutely no weight to it, rendering it pretty useless for the Pilates exercises one is supposed to do with the bar. I'm going to buy a 2# dowel which would be a lot better. Too bad you can't buy them separately. 4 stars instead of 5, Stamina!
