My husband is a Plummer and purchased this to help solve my parents issue of the hour water taking so long to arrive at the sink. They love it and they ordered one for us as a late Christmas present. Can't wait to get itA
A Problem With Durability

No more waiting at the sink for hand-washing. This hot water circulator decreased my wait-time for warm water from about 105 seconds down to 13 seconds. I was very pleased with the unit's performance.
But the durability on the unit was very limited: just over 2 years. And considering the cost of accessories and installation, I think it cost much too much.

I love this device. Hot water in the shower immediately, no waiting. Make a little noise through the pipes in the house when on, but not objectionable.
Great Product - Fairly Easy to Install for One with Minimal Plumbing Skills

This product was much easier to install than I had anticipated. The plumber wanted $700 for the product installed. The hardest part was running a power line to the water heater, but I had to do that anyway, as I put in new water heaters that required it. I only had to shorten the hot water out pipe by a few inches, then sweat a new fitting. It could have easily been done with shark bite fittings, no sweating. The crossover under the farthest sink took about 20 minutes to install, and I am slow. All the parts were there.
The product is really nice to have - very pleased with how well it works. Programming was a little bit of a challenge, but that was because I put the unit into a tight space. I should have programmed before I installed. I am very happy with the ease of installation and the functioning of this great product. I should have done this 25 years ago!

So far I am well pleased with this recirculating system. What used to take two minutes, to get hot water to my furthest bathroom, now only takes seconds. I wouldn't even guess as to how much water is being saved and I can't tell much difference in my gas and electric usage. Like most things though, the real test will be in seeing how well it holds up over time.
