This pillow was so uncomfortable. I'm typically a back and stomach sleeper so I got this pillow to help me stay on my side. It took up a lot of room in the bed and was hard to change sides in the middle of the night. I also typically like to sleep with very flat pillows and felt that this one was much too full. It gave me back pain and hip pain when used between my knees. I would. It recommend this pillow.
J-shape is ok and pillow can last until your first accidental loss of bladder control

While it works in the J shape (too big for the head so had to take one pillow out), it is next to impossibly to properly wash. the middle 'pillow" is just stuffing so when u pull out the end pieces to wash the cover it stays in there and starts releasing fluff. Then if you are like the average pregnant woman, at some point you will accidently pee a little and want to wash the pillow... well I just did that and the pillow fell apart :( I did not even put it in the dryer so it's just not machine washable at all.
So Good I Didn't Want To Pee

This pillow is amazing. When I sleep I do not move at all (big deal). I'm due in 2 weeks and have to pee at night about every 20-30 minutes. I am so comfortable adult diapers flashed through my mind as a reasonable solution. My husband cracks up because when he looks over there is just a mound of pillow and blanket. I do wish there was some sort of super cute cover for the whole thing (not having a pillowcase feels weird to me). It does come with 2 covers for the side pillows, but they are not cute. Overall I will be using the sh!t out of this pillow!
Love this!

this pillow is awesome. I bought and returned the snoogle and boppy body pillow. this was the only pregnancy pillow that worked for me. it did NOT give me a head/neck ache unlike the snoogle, and it was well padded, unlike the boppy. An added bonus was the extra covers and the ability to disassemble. I used it with my head and back/stomach by removing one if the pillows (which can be used separately as a nursing pillow!) because I didn't need it for my legs. Worked much better than trying to squeeze an extra bed pillow in between me and my husband. Even if you aren't pregnant with twins (I wasn't!), you will love this pillow.
worth it!

Being my third pregnancy, my belly popped out fast and caused major back pain. Some mornings I could barely move! When I got this pillow, it took a little getting used to...I usually use a nice, soft memory foam pillow. But I knew it would be worth it after waking up the very first morning of using it and I had no back pain and most of my neck pain was gone (I've had a lot of trouble with neck pain over the years). When I read the reviews, I knew this was the best pillow to get, but I didn't think it would work so quickly for me!
