I feel like goldielocks trying to find the right sized pill organizer. The one I have been using is too small now for all my vitamins and meds that I take, especially after my Doctor prescribed me a new medication that are practically horse pills and need to be taken twice a day =( I originally thought I needed a 3XL but that was longer than my arm and the little compartments were huge, well it was HUGE, based on this I thought the 2XL might also be too big but initially all I could find was the 2 and 3 XL and the normal sized ones which I already knew were too small. I tried searching for the sizes medium and large but nothing came up, I finally tried XL and this came up. It arrived fast and although it's a tad bit larger than I need, I now added my Omega's to the box which I didn't before because my old one wouldn't close. It's very sturdy and has a safety lock but it's easy to open. Well worth the money, it's a good product.
I love this thing! I bought in 2018, just now replacing.

I have tried so many pill organizers over the years, but this is by far the best! The bubble-lok feature works great. The tops stay securely closed but open so easily. Nice contour on the rounded bottom for pulling your pills out. You wouldn't think such details are a big deal, but when you use it every day, they truly are.
I just came back for replacements (I use one for am and one for pm). I noticed the letters for the days of the week are just about worn off, but really, who needs them? Anyway, I also noticed the hinges are starting to wear. Two tops sneaked open when I put it back in the drawer. But I'm not complaining. I bought them in 2018! Happy customer!

I HAVE OWNED PILL CASES TO STORE VITAMINS AND MEDS FOR OVER 13 YEARS. I EASILY FLY 130K MILES A YEAR FOR ONE OF THE LARGEST SOFTWARE COMPANIES. SO EVEN IF I PUT THE PILL CASES IN ZIP LOCK BAGS, I JUST DON'T HAVE THE TIME TO RESORT THEM. I BOUGHT THIS ONE BECAUSE SOME COMPLAIN ITS TOO HARD TO UNLOCK THE CHAMBERS AND ITS XXL. WELL IT LIVES UP TO ITS REVIEWS. HOWEVER THERE IS A TECHNIQUE TO OPENING THE CHAMBERS. YOU NEED TO PUT PRESSURE ON THE FRONT WALL WHEN LIFTING UP ON THE LID SO THE LATCH SLIDES OVER THE PLASTIC LOCKING TAB. IF THAT IS TOO HARD, USE COMMON SENSE AND GET A NAIL FILE AND FILE THE PLASTIC TAB DOWN A BIT, TEST IT, AND REPEAT IF NECESSARY. THE BEST THING IS THIS LOCK WORKS, AND THE CHAMBERS ARE LARGE. I AM GOING TO NOW BUY THE QUANTITY I REALLY NEED NOW THAT I VERIFIED THIS IS THE BEST PILL CASE OUT THERE.

I'm getting to the stage in my life where I'm taking a lot of supplements to try and make up for dietary and age related deficiencies. Each morning, I have multiple pill bottles that I need to open, extract pills from, and close. I've been getting tired of doing that every morning, so I bought this pill organizer to simplify (and quicken) my morning routine. I'm taking a fair amount of supplements, many requiring two pills for the recommended dosage, so I got this "XL" size, which turned out to be the right decision for me.
It works well and does what it's supposed to do. The only thing I'd like to stress is that to open each day's supply, you need to "Press gently with your thumb on the front of the container and the lid pops open", which is in the product description. I didn't read that description and the organizer didn't include any directions, so at first I was confused as to why it was so difficult to open it, particularly since one of the target audiences is for the elderly with less than nimble fingers. Luckily, I had received an email from the manufacturer explaining how to open it. Once I did it the way I was supposed to, it was easy.
As I said above, it works well and does what it's supposed to do. Five stars.

Nice Size But Potentially Unstable

I take quite a few supplements and I wanted a container that would hold all the daily capsules in one section, and this fits the bill. Each section is nice and large, holding all of my supplements with room to spare. One of the advantages of its design is also one of its disadvantages"”the curved portion at the face of each section. While it allows you to easily remove even the smallest pill or capsule by removing any corners and replacing it with a curved surface, it also enables the entire unit to tip forward more easily when you try to close the lid on a section by snapping it shut with one finger. This happened to me"¦twice. I painstakingly filled each compartment with my medications and supplements and then began to snap them shut like I do on my other pill holder. This caused it to flip forward and all the contents spilled out on the table. The next time I refilled it I forgot and did the exact same thing. Hopefully I'll remember to pick it up and firmly hold the unit while closing each section in the future.
