The best gluten free chocolate cake I have tried to date and I have been diagnosed with celiac disease for over 15 years and have been searching for a good chocolate cake for a long time. This id moist and spongy and satisfying. Ig I could give it more stars I would. It is also flexible you can make the full box for a large even or half for a smaller family andit give you the full directions on how to do that. For a denser cake use butter instaed of oil and you have more of a pound cake type of texture. VERY< VERY happy with this mix, I have served it to friend who have complimented me on it and had no idea it was GF.

It's on my list of things I'd eat even if I didn't have Celiac because it's so rich and moist but not overly sweet. Great mix!

These are the best cake mixes. Be sure not to over bake as it can be dry if you do, but these, with a rich frosting, or a nice filling, will be the most delicious, dense, chocolate cake you have ever had. People who come to our house do not realize they are eating gluten free. Be sure to use a good quality oil with this, as that makes a difference in the taste. I use a European blended oil of olive and grape seed oils to keep it light. If you use a heavier oil it can change the taste, as will cheep or rancid oils. If you are wanting a great desert, buy this product!
