No longer has any flavor. Last time I used this it worked well. I have bought it since two separate times and both times there has been no flavor or taste to it. I even used almost the entire jar at one time to try and help and it still had absolutely no curry flavor to the meal.

I'm glad it isn't just me who thinks this used to be better. I used to love this brand. It was spicy and flavorful. A tablespoon or two was good for a cans cups of coconut milk, along with garlic and peppers and all. But now it is like adding water. It takes more than a jar and then it tastes bitter and gritty. I don't know what happened but I am done buying this brand.

This stuff is amazing...

I use this curry paste in a few recipes but I originally ordered it for a green curry chicken dish from a restaurant I was trying to duplicate. It worked so well that it's now a family favorite!

I used to love this paste and made curries with it once a week. Then something changed. The color is browner than it was, and it was really bland so I thought I had bought an old bottle. Well, that wasn't it. I bought it at three different stores and they were all the same. For the most part, I've stopped buying it. Once every couple of years I buy it just to see if they've changed it back but sadly they haven't yet. So disappointing! It was a great low carb dinner (without the rice, of course.)
