This sauce is very tasty and convenient. I just saute shallots, tofu and add slightly boiled, peeled, chopped potatoes then pour sauce over it. Then, I simmer for a few minutes and garnish with chopped cilantro and lime wedges.

It tastes good but it has some stems which might be from cilantro or something else which kinda bothered me cuz I had to spit out. Some ppl say it is bland so I also added fish sauce and milk (prefer creamy curry). The reason why they did not add any fish sauce or more salt may be because of people's liking and vegetarian ppl. Also, it is a little bit watery but usually that's how it is when I had it at a thai restaurant.
