Worked well - easy to clean. Oven roasted salmon on a plank.
Solid set of grill planks

Good set for those newer to grilling who don't have all "flavors" of planks yet or have "used up" these woods -- pleased with this set; nice thickness, too!
Smaller than advertised. Cracks through planks.
BER•December 17, 2014
The dimensions are only 11.5 by 5.25, not 13 by 7. So they are not as advertised. Also 2 of the planks have big cracks in the wood. Will this affect the usability and re usability? This is a gift so I cannot tell how long the cracks are down the plank. Also, I do not see a product stamp on each board as the picture suggests. So far, I would not purchase this brand again.

Don't have too much to complain here. I soaked the planks an hour before using, they just worked fine, loved the taste of salmon that we grilled on this. A minor issue was one of the planks got bent after immersing in water, although we ended up using it and it didn't create any problem.
