For an introductory scope to learn about astronomy on a budget, hard to beat. Easy to assemble...easy to use! But, at the end of the day, the lenses included are the cheapest money can buy. And it shows. To improve your viewing experience - open your wallet and buy some new eye-pieces. Unfortunately, that's when you will learn that a few decent lenses will cost almost as much as the telescope did. The good news is that it is upgradeable...so a better viewing experience can be had if desired.
Great for looking at the moon, Jupiter, Saturn

This is technically my 2nd telescope, but the first one was when I was a kid on extremely low quality. The price on this is very affordable, and so far I've seen the moon, saturn, jupiter, and mars. I could faintly see Saturns rings, and a few of Jupiters moons. That's pretty amazing given the scopes low price. The craters on the moon are pretty amazing looking.
If you want a cheap scope that sets up in seconds, this is a great option. If it turns out you get bored of it, then the low price wont kill your bank account. I plan to keep mine and enjoy it now and again when something is worth looking at in the sky.

I really enjoy this telescope. It was my very first telescope and I picked it up on Amazon one Christmas when it was on sale. I know very little about telescopes, but I have been able to find stars and of course the moon with this telescope and I have even managed to take photos using my iPhone 5 with the telescope. It takes patience, and a little bit of luck in snapping the photo, but I have captured some images that have provided a lot of enjoyment. Here are a few of the moon that I snapped last night, on July 12, 2016.
Great Starter Telescope

Well worth the money. This is a great starter telescope. I had been using a pair of excellent 8x42 binoculars to view the moon and stars but grew tired of the "shakiness" of the binoculars for very distant objects. I purchased this scope and am quite happy with its optical properties. I have attached a photo of the moon I took with my iPhone. No special camera equipment necessary, I simply held the iPhone up to the lens.
