Seems well made, the steel version of this I bought lasted about 4 or 5 years before rusting out a year or so after I had to rivet the top back to the mesh. This one has a lifetime warranty so should do great.

It's the exact same product sold at Lowe's but with lower price. Excellent build quality and sturdiness, and easy to install except for one detail: it's rough on the tips of the internal screen to the point of making your hands bleed easily, so be careful.
