I finally switched. I love my old summit with the old style foot securement. This past season, because of a failing bungee from years of use I tried these rapid climb stirrups. The first time I used them they felt less secure than I was used to, and the angle of your feet was very different while climbing. A couple small adjustments on placement and I actually like these better than the old ones now. I am still worried about durability. Time will tell.

I don't have a Summit Stand, but these fit and worked just fine on my stand. The ankle strap is amazingly helpful and keeps the lower stand very secure on the way up.
