Missing letter and duplicates of others.

I was excited for this learning letters puzzle to do with my daughter. It arrived nicely in a box and sealed with cellophane. Upon trying it out we noticed that it is missing a letter and there are duplicates of other letters. No letter V, doubles of letters H, I and T and a triple of letter U. Disappointed that we don't have a complete set.
Great for toddlers and young children learning to read.

My 20 month old daughter is not very interested in this puzzle, but I give it 5 stars because I can see the potential. The letters are in black, instead of colorful, which helps the child focus on the letters. I like that there is upper and lower case letters. There are many uses for this puzzle.

Quality isn't great. The product is adequate in terms of content and design but isn't something that will hold up to lots of use. I didn't pay a lot for this, so I'm satisfied but I had hoped it might be a little more durable. It's really just a puzzle on chip board. Surface isn't coated.
