Ringside IMF Bag Gloves
C. Chavis✓ Verified Purchase•September 27, 2023
Bought these gloves to go along with a Ringside 130 LB heavy bag. Once they were broken in, they felt great and provided good cushioning to my hands. The wrist strap does not provide protection for my wrist since it extends past the wrist when the gloves are on. They do dry out pretty well after using them for 6 3 minute rounds two to three times a week. Based on the past four months of use they appear well made and durable.
Beautiful Gloves

Not only does it look good, it's got good support and padding. Ideal for bag work or light sparring. Very high quality gloves from a great brand. Make sure to wear hand wraps though, as the gloves may not fit you perfectly (I got the small/medium and there was just a little extra space -- I'm 5'9 with average sized hands).
Great gloves for a intermediate level boxer

First I got to say that i have used 3 pairs of gloves since I practice boxing. First the Lonsdale Gym Training Gloves and then the Adidas Shadow ClimaCool Boxing Gloves.
I've been using these gloves for 4 months. I train 3 days per week usually in the heavy bag and occasionally in sparring. I now i can say that these are the best gloves that i have used.
Pros:
- Your hands are well protected and the IMF foam technology seems to do a good job.
- Good quality stitches and material
- The rounded shape of the gloves it's more convenient for heavy bag work
- They are not so bulky as the other gloves
- Classic cool design
Cons:
- The red parts tend the discoloured.
- The wrist support its not the best, specially if you're blocking punches.
- The foam its really hard the first 2 months of use.
In conclusion these are really good quality gloves, that do the main porpoise of a boxing glove. Protect your hand. After you used them for some months they stiffness of the foam goes away. The fit is confortable (i have small hands). Great gloves for a intermediate level boxer to use in the regular training.

The Physical size seem smaller than the one my friend have which are the same model and wonder is it a generous glove from ringside. The quality is still ok and comfortable after been using Teo months since I received it

I'm an average 3-4 times per week gym guy. I routinely hit the heavy bag as well as hand pads. With hand wraps, these gloves fit and feel amazing! Much better than the last pair of Adidas gloves I got for the same price. These gloves are constructed well and have held up very well too. Many people have complained that their knuckles were rubbed raw or blistered when wearing theses gloves. I had it happen on my left hand to my ring and pinky fingers. However, this happened with the last pair of gloves I broke in as well. Worst case scenario is that you get a couple callouses or just wear a band-aid until they break in.
