Got these for our children's choir at church...we only used one and had the child just barely shake it bc they are very loud.

Great quality but beware they are super loud! Perfect for the elderly who are hard of hearing but wouldn't use this in a children's group where their ears are still very sensitive.

Much bigger than I thought they would be. I'm used to wooden maracas so the sound is a bit different for me. They are very good quality though!
Great quality & sound but louder than some of us need.

No complaints with quality of construction or sound quality but just be aware these are very loud. I jam in a casual setting with 2-3 other musicians & these would be very overpowering in say a living room setting. I returned them & opted for the "session" pair which were perfect for my needs. If you play plugged in & miked these would be fantastic but if you play acoustically in say a casual patio or living room setting you may want to reconsider. Same great quality just a different model.
